Official Privacy & Data Safety Policy for Brewhaus (Operated by Growvine POS)
Welcome to Brewhaus, an official coffee ordering and POS customer application operated by Growvine POS System ("we", "us", or "our"). We take your privacy seriously and are fully committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and delete your personal data when you use the Brewhaus mobile application (Android & iOS) and associated web services at https://pos.growvine.tech.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with Brewhaus, we collect the following types of information:
- Account & Profile Information: Your name, email address, phone number, and account credentials when you register or sign in.
- Location Data (ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION): With your explicit consent, we collect location data to locate nearby Brewhaus coffee stores, estimate delivery distances, and set delivery destinations. Location tracking can be disabled anytime in your device settings.
- Photo & Image Library Access: If you choose to upload a custom profile picture, the app requests access to your photo gallery. Photos are accessed only for setting your profile avatar.
- Orders & Transaction History: Purchase details, item preferences, delivery addresses, order notes, payment confirmations, and loyalty reward points.
- Device & Usage Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, push notification tokens (for order status updates), IP address, app diagnostics, and crash logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process coffee orders, process payments, and track real-time delivery status.
- To show nearby Brewhaus outlets and calculate distance-based store availability.
- To send critical push notifications regarding order status updates, receipts, and account security.
- To manage customer loyalty points, rewards, and discount redemption.
- To maintain, protect, and optimize the security and performance of our POS systems.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers. We share essential data only with trusted service providers strictly to operate our app:
- Google Firebase & Cloud Services: For secure database storage, cloud functions, and push notification delivery.
- Location & Map Services: For geocoding delivery addresses and store mapping.
- Payment Gateways: For encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processing.
- Legal & Safety Disclosures: When legally mandated by law, regulation, or court order to protect the safety and rights of users.
4. Account & Data Deletion Policy (Google Play Compliant)
In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies, users have full control over their account and personal data:
How to Delete Your Account & Associated Data:
- In-App Deletion: Go to Profile / Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account inside the Brewhaus app.
- Web Request: You can submit an account and data deletion request online by emailing us at support@growvine.tech with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Upon account deletion request, your profile, order history, saved addresses, and personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days, except for transaction records required by law for tax or legal audit purposes.
5. Data Security & Storage
We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (SSL/TLS HTTPS) during transmission and store your data on protected, firewalled cloud infrastructure. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized personnel.
6. Children's Privacy
Brewhaus is not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately delete it.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy periodically. Any updates will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
